EXCHANGE POLICY

Putting our customers first is our number one priority at Kevin Collin. We will assist you in each step of the exchange process if you wish to exchange your purchase. Help is just a click away!

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Valid Days of Exchange: You can exchange any product purchased from us within 14 days if you have proof of purchase. When an exchange is valid, courier charges are not incurred; however, if the size or article needs to be changed, the courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Proof of Purchase: Either the receipt or the online order confirmation email is included here.

Conditions Qualified for Exchange: It is only possible to change unused items that are in their original packaging, have all tags intact, and have the original invoice. Make sure you state a valid reason for your exchange request, such as if the article is defective or incorrect. 

Process of Online Exchange: It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. Our team will arrange reverse pickup at the doorstep of the customer.

Items not Allowed for Exchange: Articles purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange. Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons, the original price difference will apply and exchange time will also take longer than usual. Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.

Custom Orders:
 Custom orders are not returnable and non refundable.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Currently, Kevin Collin does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.

Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy: Refund is only valid if the desired article is unavailable. Note: Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of same value, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.

Return Policy: We do not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your article. Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy for this.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
  •  Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
  • Kevin Collin holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
